THIS RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO ONLINE STORE PURCHASES ONLY
In addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act:  Full priced Product may be returned for a refund to your payment method in accordance with the following conditions: 

(a) If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your UNWORN footwear within 7 days of you receiving your order at your own expense (Proof of tracking is recommended).

(b) Products must be in its original packaging and original condition.


(c) We don't accept back worn shoes unless there is a defect or fault in the materials or workmanship.

(d) We dont refund on sale price items but happy to swap or hold an instore credit.

FAULTY ITEMS
All footwear sold by us has our guarantee against defects or faults in materials and workmanship. If under normal conditions of wear and tear your shoes let you down please return them to us, with proof of purchase, we will do whatever we can to solve the problem for you. Please note that we don't guarantee against abusive or excessive wear and tear on our shoes.
